Owner Louis Squires says, “People love to take pictures of their meals. This contest lets our guests show what they enjoy most.”
What to Share
Photos should show your meal clearly. Most guests choose fried chicken, mac and cheese, pot roast, or catfish. Some add turnip greens or sweet potato soufflé. Sweets like banana pudding and sweet tea also make great photo choices.
The cafeteria serves over 1,000 meals each week. Fried chicken is the top seller, followed by pot roast and mac and cheese.
Why Tucker Matters
Magnolia Room Cafeteria is located in Tucker, Georgia. Tucker is a growing city with a population of about 37,000. It sits in DeKalb County, just outside Atlanta. The community supports small businesses. Many locals eat at Magnolia every week.
“Tucker is a strong community,” says Squires. “People here value home-style meals. They enjoy food that feels familiar.”
Judging and Winners
Our team will review all photo entries. We will pick winners based on photo quality, composition, and the caption. The more natural and clear your photo, the better.
Winners will be announced every Monday during the contest. We will post names on our social media pages and contact each winner directly.
Final Note
Use natural lighting. Make sure the food is the focus. Don’t add filters. Keep captions short and clear.
Show your plate. Show your taste. Share your Magnolia moment.
Start snapping. Start tagging. Your plate could be the next winner!
